Integrated Modelling the Performance Evaluation Process with Fuzzy Ahp

The changes in the philosophy of management in parallel to the developing technology have changed the point of view of organizations to human resources and resulted in significant differences in the content of human resources management. One of the topics which became more important in parallel to this change is the evaluation of the employer performances objectively. An objective performance evaluation is possible only if universally accepted scientific methods are used in the evaluation process. In this study, a model is offered for performance evaluation with Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process Method (FAHP). Proposed model is used for an organization and application of the model is showed at this application.
